We, M/s Lianyungang Hytten Meter Co.,Ltd. Locates at Lianyungang City-the East Bridgehead of Eurasian Continental Railway Bridge, Established in 2008 with amount of investment of 50 million RMB. The company occupy an area of 26000 square meters. The building area is 18,000 square meters. The management team was constituted by production management, professional engineer, salesman, skilled worker with many experience in this filed for more than 30 years. Our company is a product development, manufacturing, sales in one enterprise. Our main products are Medium and High grade water meter for Export, include hot &cold water meter. Small and large caliber removable water meter (Including LXLC & LXXG series) and Smart water meter series.

 

Passed ISO9001 Quality Certificate in Mar.2012. In the same year in July. The water suppliers bureau of Southeast Asia was certified. The product conforms to GB/T778, ISO4064.

1. Product Warranty Service

Warranty Period: 1-2 years free warranty service from the date of product installation and acceptance (subject to the product manual or contract).

Warranty Scope: Under normal use conditions, we provide free repair or replacement for performance failures caused by defects in product materials or manufacturing processes.

Warranty Certificate: Valid product purchase certificate or contract document is required.

2. Technical Support and Consultation Service

Free Consultation: We provide 24/7 telephone, online customer service, and email technical support to answer questions regarding product installation, use, reading, and daily maintenance.

Remote Diagnostics: For smart remote water meters, we offer remote data diagnostic services to assist in analyzing abnormal water usage and troubleshooting potential faults.

Technical Documentation: We provide free electronic product manuals, installation guides, and operation videos.

3. Installation and Commissioning Guidance

Professional Guidance: We provide detailed installation specifications (including pipe compatibility, installation environment requirements, etc.). For large projects or complex models, we can arrange engineers for on-site or online commissioning guidance (as agreed in the contract).

Initial Calibration: We ensure that all products undergo rigorous factory calibration before installation and meet national metrological standards.

4. Maintenance and Inspection Services

Regular Inspections: For industrial and commercial users and bulk installation projects, we offer regular on-site inspection services to check the water meter's operating status, battery level (if applicable), and data upload functionality.

Preventative Maintenance: Based on the product's operating environment and service life, we provide professional maintenance recommendations to extend the product's lifespan.

5. Fault Response and Handling

Response Time:

Initial response within 30 minutes of receiving a service request.

Simple issues can be resolved via phone/online guidance.

For on-site service, depending on the location, an engineer will arrive within 24-72 hours within the city (specific arrangements for remote areas will be negotiated).

Processing Flow: Fault Diagnosis → Solution Determination (Repair / Replacement) → Efficient Processing → User Acceptance → Service Record Archiving.

6. Metering Calibration and Verification Support

During the warranty period, if there are doubts about the metering accuracy, a free return-to-factory verification can be requested.

We provide support for contacting third-party verification agencies that meet national standards and assist in completing the periodic verification of water meters.

7. Parts Supply and Replacement

We guarantee the supply of core components for products with a lifespan of over 10 years.

We provide genuine original parts to ensure that the performance and reliability of the replaced product are not affected.

III. Service Process

1. Contact Customer Service

Submit a service request through the service hotline, online customer service on the official website, or email.

2. Problem Description

Provide the product model, serial number, purchase date, fault symptoms, and on-site photos/videos.

3. Rapid Response

Our customer service engineers will conduct an initial diagnosis and determine a solution.

4. Service Execution

We will provide remote guidance or schedule an on-site service appointment.

5. Problem Resolution

We will complete the service, and you will confirm the results.

6. Service Follow-up

We will conduct a follow-up visit after the service to ensure the problem is completely resolved.

IV. Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are not covered by the free warranty, but we can provide paid services:

1. Damage caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, fires, or freezing temperatures.

2. Malfunctions caused by improper installation (not under our guidance), unauthorized disassembly or modification, improper use, or human-caused damage.

3. Exceeding the product's stated warranty period.

4. Wear and tear and scratches on the product under normal use.
